How do I return an item?

Goods supplied by 4 Sports carry the manufacturer's guarantee. In the case of faulty workmanship or incorrectly supplied items you can return the item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or to exchange it. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach 4Sports. Please ensure that you use appropriate packaging to prevent any damage to the goods.

We do not offer a free returns service, however if you return items to us for replacement, we will deliver the replacement goods to you free of charge. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to 4Sports, at the price you purchased them. All refunds will be for merchandise not being replaced only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent to you in error. We will order in replacements for agreed swaps after we have received the returned goods.

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been embroidered or printed, and have been supplied in accordance with the order details provided. It is important therefore that full product and finishing details are thoroughly checked and signed off before order. If you wish to return items for exchange or refunds, you can send the items back using their original packaging with a courier of your choice. We strongly suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods to us. We cannot be made to be responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Please keep the original receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit.
